Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. All purchases are posted in a padded envelope, or box, for extra protection.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Orders
EU deliveries below €150 without additional fees.
We ship to customers in EU countries. All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail, and we take great care to pack your packages securely for safe delivery. In most cases, international orders will arrive within two weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, please allow a maximum of 20 working days for your order to reach you, due to customs procedures, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
For orders weighing over 2kg, they will be split into two packages to ensure smooth delivery.
You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number, which provides proof of delivery and compensation up to a maximum of £50 or £250 (recommended for orders over £50), depending on the chosen shipping rate at checkout.
Please note that certain countries have postal restrictions on semi-precious gemstones and/or jewelry. We recommend checking with Customs & Excise in your destination country before placing your order. If you decide to proceed with the purchase of any restricted items, please understand that you assume full responsibility for any loss or additional costs if the items do not reach their destination.
Tax, Customs and duty charges may apply to some international orders (non-EU countries). These charges are the buyer's responsibility and beyond our control. We advise checking with your local authority to determine any additional charges that may arise.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bdcrystals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full the cost of the goods and standard delivery cost. We will not cover the delivery cost for the return of unwanted goods.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bdcrystals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellations
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your package has not yet been dispatched, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
**Orders are despatched on working days, so orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched Monday.
